You can use this cable to connect your computer to the Scart socket in your TV. This is done by inserting the cable's Composite connector into your computer's Composite TV output to transfer images, and the cable's MiniJack connector into your computer's audio output to transfer sound. The Scart socket connects to your TV so that you can see and hear data from the computer on an AV channel on your TV, e.g. for playback of a film stored on your computer.
